Along with her wide vocal range, strength, and accurate pitch, Caroline also encompasses natural techniques that range from a vitality and radiance to a subtlety and sweetness. This lends an over-all fresh, but intimate, quality to her songs and roles. Caroline has long promoted voice health above all.
CAROLINE'S HIGHLIGHTS ...
Born: Northeast Iowa, 1985.
Toddler years: Entered various town, county, and state music contests, and won.
Elementary school years: Vocal, flute, piano, fashion modeling, gymnastics, baton, ballet, and tap lessons. Won more contests. Sang in area churches, at the Iowa House and Senate, for retirement gatherings, and other events.
Family: Moved from Iowa to Florida, in 1997.
Middle School years: Chorus and band at public school. A Tampa Bay Children's Chorus member.
8th and 9th grade: Pinellas Youth Symphony member, for flute.
High School years: Pinellas County Center for the Arts (PCCA) magnet high school. Female lead in their Finale. Over 75 hours of volunteer work with Hospice. She earned Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. A winner of Walker's Rising Stars. Member of Honor Society. Graduated ranking 6th in her class. Offered 12 scholarships.
College: Rollins College, FL. Incoming scholarships. Chorus. Flute Choir. Member/Soloist in the Winter Park Bach Festival Society.
A vocal soloist and played flute at the First Congregational Church in Winter Park, FL.
Member: Pi Kappa Lambda (co-founder). The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. BMI for songwriters.
Degree: B.A, summa cum laude with music honors, from Rollins. Vocal and Flute major, Studio Art minor.
Granted: Full assistantship with full stipend from the University of Florida. Lead in their annual opera. Taught private flute lessons.
Degree: M.M. in Vocal Performance from UF.
Work: Soloist and section leader at Chapel By the Sea, Clearwater Beach.
Teacher: Class Voice as Adjunct Instructor at St. Petersburg College, FL.
Further education: Artist Certificate program in Performance with an assistantship and scholarships at George Mason University Music Dept, Fairfax, VA.
Degree: Graduated from George Mason U, Performing Arts Division.
Work: Voice teacher at the Potomac Arts Academy in Fairfax, VA.
Career: Performed in operas and in recitals in many U.S. cities and four countries.
Durning her 6 years in VA, Caroline was continuously active in music.

Personal: Caroline and her husband moved to Fort Myers, FL in January 2020.

Teaches voice, flute & piano at Mr Music in Fort Myers.
